Sewer PP/MF pipes and fittings for internal installation

The Vargokal ULTRA pipes and fittings are made out of a patented mixture of polypropylene (PP) and mineral fillers (MF) that provides high mechanical properties at both low (with impact resistance at -20°C) and high temperatures (at the continuous operating temperature as high as 95°C).
The Vargokal ULTRA pipe system can transport waste liquids of pH values from 2 to 12, is highly resistant to the most common chemical agents and has an extremely smooth surface to prevent the accumulation of sediment inside the waste pipeline
Advantages of the Vargokal ULTRA installation system’s use:
- Excellent sound insulation performance measured at the Fraunhofer laboratory in Stuttgart, in accordance with EN 14366, equal to 6 dB (A) with a flow rate of 2 l/s
- Speed and ease of installation without the use of any special tool thanks to the push connection method, besides, the plug area does not require the additional use of harmful adhesives or solvents.
- Resistance to occasional discharges at temperatures as high as 95°C.
- High impact resistance at extremely low temperatures of -20°C.
- High chemical resistance to substances dissolved in civil and industrial waste systems.
- Wide range of transition joints for connecting to other waste systems such as cast iron, PE, PP, PVC.
- Wide diameter ranges from DN 50 mm to DN 160 mm.
